EYFS is a stage of development from birth to the end of their first (reception) year in school. All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to a free part time early education place. This means your child will be eligible for 15hrs per week of free education for 38 weeks of the year. The funding is available from the term after your child’s 3rd birthday until the term before your child’s 5th birthday.
