Our excellent record in retaining staff indicates that our staff consider Stanhope House Day Nursery to be a good place to work and to advance their careers. It also provides continuity and coherence of care of our children. All together we have a Manager, Deputy, Senior Nursery Nurse, 5 qualified Nursery Nurses, 4 Nursery Assistants and a Cook and Cleaner. We aim to provide a happy and secure environment for the children in our care, with the help of a curriculum which is stimulating physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. We pride ourselves on our capacity to respond to each child individually, according to his or her own needs and rate of development. |
